Description
Cellular Nutrition
The formula, explained.
PQQ Energy combines 20 mg of PQQ with 1,000 mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, 200 mg of acetyl-L-carnitine, and 30 mg of CoQ10 per capsule.
Vitamin B12 supports normal nutrient metabolism and nervous-system function.* PQQ has been explored in small human studies, including research on cognitive-test performance. That interest is promising, but a biological role or early trial result is not a guarantee that you will feel more energetic or focused.
This formula is for people who want to understand what they are taking. Its four-ingredient combination has not been clinically tested as a Mitosupps finished product.

Read the research
PQQ: a 12-week cognitive study
A placebo-controlled study examined 20 mg/day of PQQ disodium salt in adults aged 20–65 and reported improvement on selected tests. The study used PQQ alone, not this blend; the evidence remains preliminary.
B12: nutrient needs versus an energy boost
B12 is necessary for normal physiology, but extra B12 has not shown performance or endurance benefits in people who already have sufficient B12.
