We currently ship within the United States. Enter your address at checkout to see the available delivery options before you order.
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $12.49 per order.
- Express Shipping: $30.00 per order, where available at checkout.
- Free Standard Shipping: available when your merchandise subtotal is $400.00 or more after discounts, before shipping and any applicable tax.
All amounts are in US dollars. Your selected shipping charge appears in your order total before payment.
Processing and delivery
We process paid orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Express availability is shown at checkout; selecting it does not create a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking and order details
We email tracking information when your order ships. Check your delivery address and email carefully before ordering. For an address correction, missing parcel, or damaged shipment, email support@mitosupps.com with your order number.
If dispatch is delayed
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped items.
