Cellular Nutrition
The formula, explained.
Ubiquinol is the reduced form of coenzyme Q10, a compound naturally present in the body and involved in cellular energy processes. Each Mitosupps softgel supplies 220 mg of ubiquinol.
Human research has examined ubiquinol’s effects on blood CoQ10 levels and selected measures of vascular function. Those measurements help researchers understand the ingredient, but do not prove that a supplement will prevent cardiovascular disease or produce a noticeable energy boost.
The 60-softgel format offers a straightforward way to include ubiquinol in a routine chosen with your healthcare professional.
Ingredient amounts

Ubiquinol and vascular-function markers
An eight-week trial studied 100 or 200 mg/day in 51 adults with elevated cholesterol and impaired endothelial function. Some measured markers improved. This does not establish disease prevention, and the trial did not test this 220 mg product.
