30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to return an unused, unopened product with its original seal and packaging intact. Opened or used supplements are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Start a return
Email support@mitosupps.com with your order number and reason. We will provide instructions and a return address. Please wait for those instructions before shipping anything.
Costs and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded. After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please report these issues promptly, ideally within 7 days, with photographs if possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover required return shipping for our error or a defective product.
